BIĶERNIEKU IELA 160 Project is located in 20 minute drive from the center, in Mežciems – one of the greenest districts of Riga, near the newly built Jugla street traffic circle, neighboring with children hospital „Gaiļezers”. The project comprises all necessary for active leisure – fresh air, wide yards with recreation facilities and children playgrounds, neighboring with Jugla forest with walking paths and Jugla Lake with swimming facilities. It has been planned to build 18 four and five floor buildings within a period of several years with 356 apartments in total. Each building has 16 – 25 apartments and an elevator - especially appreciated by families with children. Apartments have 2 – 4 rooms, each apartment has its own heating meter, wide balcony and individual storage place in the basement. 12 residential buildings and one multi-storey parking building are finished now. Construction of 13-th, 14th and 18-th buildings shall be completed till the end of year 2014. Authors of the project are architect company SIA „Sestais Stils”, chief architect is Mr. Ēriks Zīle. SIA „Hausmaster” has won the tender to perform the maintenance of the project.
